How to get to Sougia
Sougia is a small, graphical, and picturesque village, which is located in the southwest of Chania Prefecture. 65 km away from the city of Chania, but how can you get there?

Bus
There are up to three buses a day from Chania to Sougia, depending on which period of time you plan to go. In addition, there are some buses, which come from Omalos, Paleochora, and Elafonisi to Sougia. You can find Sougia’s Bus Timetable here or you can visit the Official Bus Timetable here.

Taxi

Boat/Ferry
You are able to visit Sougia by boat from Paleochora, Agia Roumeli, Loutro, Chora Sfakion, and Gavdos. During the start of the season, there is a small passengers’ boat. Later on, there is a ferry boat, which is also able to transfer cars, trucks, motorcycles, and bikes.
